Amman-based MRO specialist Joramco has announced the appointment of Victor Moreno as its new head of safety and quality.

Moreno brings 35 years of aviation experience to the engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE).

Joramco said Moreno has “extensive knowledge of EASA, UAE GCAA, FAA, and UK CAA regulations”, including Safety Management Systems framework integration.

He has extensive experience from working for multiple major airlines located mainly in the US and Europe as well as the Middle East, where he held the manager QA maintenance and engineering position for a major airline.
