Independent aircraft component parts, repair, and supply chain solutions provider, AJW Group, has announced the promotion of Clare Brown to the position of chief financial officer for AJW Aviation.

Brown will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial assets, ensuring stability, and maintaining excellence in financial management and planning.

Brown said: “I am delighted to embark on this new chapter as chief financial officer at AJW Aviation. With a career spanning over 25 years in the aviation industry, including eight years of invaluable service at AJW Group, where she has held key roles such as finance director and senior vice president finance, Brown brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role.

Prior to her tenure at AJW Group, she served as finance director at Thomas Cook.

Collaborating closely with chairman, Christopher Whiteside, and chief executive of AJW Aviation and AJW Technique, Clyde Buntrock, Brown will drive AJW Group’s growth trajectory in alignment with strategic objectives.
