AMAC Aerospace Turkey completes dual Falcon 2000 projects
MRO provider AMAC Aerospace Turkey has completed and redelivered two Dassault Falcon 2000 aircraft following out-of-phase maintenance at its hangar in Istanbul.
The first aircraft, owned by a long-term customer, was prepared for storage. The AMAC team removed components, performed servicing and draining applications, and took samples from the hydraulic system to verify its condition in line with storage requirements.
The second Falcon 2000, also operated by a long-standing client, underwent restoration of the crew oxygen masks and checks of the auxiliary power unit (APU) starter brushes. As the brushes were close to the operational limit, the starter generator was replaced with a serviceable unit on an AOG basis to ensure continued reliability.
The successful completion of the dual projects underscores AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s experience in handling complex maintenance requirements and its ongoing support for loyal Falcon operators.
