South Africa-based FlySafair is extending its deployment of Boeing’s Maintenance Performance Toolbox across its all-Boeing fleet, as the carrier continues to sharpen maintenance efficiency and reinforce its operational reliability.

The Toolbox provides an interactive, single-source digital maintenance document management system, centralising fleet data and enabling engineers to access essential information on site, with or without Wi-Fi.

Airlines can tailor the platform with various modules depending on operational needs, and integrate it with existing maintenance planning systems to create a more seamless workflow.

The agreement was signed at the 2025 Dubai Airshow.
