Aircraft engineering and MRO services provider HAECO has appointed Gray Zhang as group director human resources (HR), effective September 30, 2024.

In her new role, Zhang will be responsible for shaping and implementing global HR strategies that support HAECO’s commitment to people excellence and its growth across various markets.

With over 25 years of experience in HR across multiple industries, Zhang brings a wealth of expertise to the HAECO group leadership team.

Zhang has held prominent roles in various sectors, including industrial, chemical, technology and FMCG industries. Zhang’s career includes two years at Schindler and 10 years at Hercules/Ashland, where she gained significant HR and management experience across Asia, particularly in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, Taiwan, Korea, India, Singapore and Vietnam.

Most recently, Zhang served as the HR director at Asahi Asia in Hong Kong, where she successfully led HR initiatives that positioned the company for growth and success.
