Aircraft engineering and MRO services provider, HAECO, has announced the successful induction of Japan Airlines’ (JAL) first Airbus A350 for C-checks at its state-of-the-art facilities in Xiamen.
HAECO has supported JAL for over 20 years, providing not only heavy maintenance but also a range of services that have adapted to the Japanese flag carrier’s operational needs.
Ryo Tamura, senior vice president of engineering and maintenance at JAL, said: “As an airline committed to the highest quality standards, we are pleased to have a long-standing partner who supports our dedication to safe and efficient service.”
HAECO is expecting to complete its 400th input for JAL by mid-2025.
Gerald Steinhoff, chief commercial officer of the HAECO Group, said: “We are proud to be entrusted with the base maintenance of JAL’s Airbus A350 for the first time. This milestone underscores HAECO’s commitment to reliability and quality, built on 75 years of expertise and excellence.
