ACMI leasing service provider, KlasJet, has announced it has already begun preparation work to provide exclusive private and corporate flight charter services for the upcoming winter season.

KlasJet says it expects its fleet will be busy over the winter season and is already tasking its assets to ACMI leases through to March 2025.

Augustinas Riskus, deputy chief commercial officer of KlasJet, said: “We are eager to provide a rebuke to the ever-growing idea of aircraft scarcity for our clients this upcoming winter season.

“During recent years, we see a growing interest in ACMI services not only during the summer season, but during the winter season as well. This is often caused by the lack of aircraft in the market, because of late deliveries or technical issues.

“We are happy our aircraft will be providing relief for the growing pains of the airline industry during this continued period of recovery.”

KlasJet says that while flights can sometimes be planned and executed at a moment’s notice, its teams of flight planners are already coordinating with governments, maintenance professionals, and service providers for operations in the first months of 2025.

Riskus added: “I am proud of our team of planners for delivering confidence to our customers. This confidence plants the seed for a good return on investment for our clients who would otherwise be subject to more challenging market conditions experienced during the season.”

KlasJet which is a part of the world’s largest ACMI provider, the Avia Solutions Group family, currently operates seven 737 next-generation aircraft in its ACMI fleet that are complemented by a fleet of six 737s for VIP charter services.
