Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey has been awarded a five-year agreement by Finnair and its partner Nordic Regional Airlines (Norra).
The agreement comprises the maintenance of 25ea CF34-10 engines, operated by regional airline Norra. It extends a longstanding collaboration between the parties.
A signing ceremony took place at Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey’s facility on 7 November, with Finnair and Norra’s management, LTAA’s management and employees in attendance.
“We always want to challenge our suppliers to find innovative and cost-effective solutions. The new agreement answers the call and we’re happy to continue our long-lasting cooperation with LTAA,” said Finnair’s head of engine business area Marko Anttila.
Nordic Regional Airlines’ managing director Janne Tarvainen commented: “We are pleased to continue our strong relationship with Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey. This new agreement allows us to work together to ensure safe and reliable operations in the future.”
Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey’s VP marketing and sales Raimund Schnell stated: “We are proud to continue servicing Finnair’s CF34-10E fleet and to now be able to perform the 25k LLP shop visits after the midlife shop visits. We would like to thank Finnair and Norra for the trust they have placed in us.”
