Lufthansa Technik has announced new management moves at its subsidiaries in Alzey, Germany, and in the Philippines.
Rubin Siddique is now chief executive of Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey, the specialist for the maintenance of turbofan and turboprop engines, located close to Frankfurt, Germany.
Siddique succeeds Matthias Gruber who has moved to Eurowings Technik as head of technical fleet management and managing director, where he has taken over from Holger Beck who has been head of aircraft maintenance service Asia at Lufthansa Technik Philippines (LTP) since April 1.
On June 1, Beck will be appointed as president and chief executive of LTP, specialised in the MRO of the Airbus A330s, A340s and A380s as well as Boeing 777s.
Beck will replace Elmar Lutter, who is retiring after 34 years in various positions of responsibility within the Lufthansa Group. Lutter has managed LTP for seven years.
