Lufthansa Technik wins extended TCS contract from Marabu Airlines
Estonian leisure carrier Marabu Airlines has strengthened its relationship with Lufthansa Technik by extending its Total Component Support (TCS) agreement for several more years.
The renewed contract will see Lufthansa Technik continue to provide comprehensive component supply for Marabu’s expanding Airbus A320neo fleet.
Marabu and Lufthansa Technik have collaborated since the airline launched operations in 2023.
Under the extended TCS agreement, Marabu will retain access to Lufthansa Technik’s global pool of serviceable spare parts, repair services and logistics support – a setup designed to ensure high component availability and rapid turnaround times across the fleet.
The partnership already spans consumables and expendables supply, aircraft engineering services and certification support.
Laszlo Molnar, technical director at Marabu Airlines, said: “Our partnership with Lufthansa Technik supports Marabu’s continued growth and ambition. As our fleet expands, having a strong technical partner allows us to maintain the high operational standards our passengers and partners expect.”
Tanja Pustolla, corporate sales executive Europe, Middle East and Africa at Lufthansa Technik, said: “We are honoured that Marabu not only extend but also expand their contracts with us. For us being a company in Germany, Marabu is even more special since they offer flights out of several German airports.
“We have established a very successful working relationship, and it is a privilege being part of Marabu’s growth.”
