Magnetic Engineering extends CAMO capabilities

Magnetic Engineering’s CAMO department has received expanded continuing airworthiness management organisation certification from the Estonian Transport Administration recognising increased capabilities.

Various aircraft types, including the 737 MAX, 747-400, Saab 340, Saab 2000 and Embraer 190, have been added to approval.

Magnetic Engineering – which is part of the Magnetic Group – said it would be able to provide direct and subcontracted CAMO support, including ARC reviews.

“The recent approval allows us to serve the most aircraft types ever – and since our team has been receiving a number of customer requests for CAMO services, we are glad to be able to accommodate customers’ needs and provide top-notch quality CAMO services for most of the common aircraft types,” said Magnetic Engineering’s head Tõnno Toompuu.

“The joint effort by CAMO team members, including expertise growth and additional valuable training, has made it possible. [I am] proud of every team member and quality department being involved in the process.”
