Amman-based aircraft MRO facility and engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), Joramco, has been awarded a heavy maintenance contract from LATAM Airlines.
Starting in July 2024, Joramco will perform C checks on three of LATAM Airlines’ B787 fleet.
Joramco’s chief executive, Fraser Currie, said: “We are delighted to expand our customer base further into Latin America, our new agreement with LATAM Airlines not only reaffirms our commitment to deliver excellence, but also solidifies our position as a globally trusted MRO provider.”
The agreement was announced during the MRO Americas 2024 event in Chicago, US.
Currie added: “We look forward to further fruitful collaborations in the future.”
