Engineering and maintenance provider, HAECO, has expanded its long-term partnership with Satair, an Airbus Services company, to include the supply of Airbus standard parts across all HAECO Group operating companies.
The move builds on an existing strategic agreement and reflects the trust and collaboration developed between the two companies. By adding Airbus standard parts to the scope of supply, HAECO will benefit from a more streamlined and reliable supply chain, helping reduce administration and material management costs while lowering the risk of aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events.
Christian Pinter, general manager, group procurement at HAECO Group, said: “We are pleased to extend our collaboration with Satair, who has proven to be a reliable and valued partner over the years. This agreement aligns with our strategic goals to optimise our material management across all areas of HAECO Group.”
Tommy Hughes, chief commercial officer of Satair, said: “Building on our great relationship with HAECO is a key priority for us. We’re proud to be a reliable partner in their global supply chain, and we’re excited to expand this collaboration and grow our business alongside theirs.”
The expanded agreement underlines the importance of secure and cost-efficient material management in the aviation MRO sector, strengthening operational readiness and supply chain resilience across the region.
