MRO Europe: Embraer partners with Gama Aviation to boost aircraft maintenance in key regions

Embraer has announced that Gama Aviation has become part of Embraer’s Authorized Service Center network.

Through this collaboration, Gama Aviation will offer line maintenance services for Embraer’s Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 series, and base maintenance for the Legacy 600 and Legacy 650 aircraft. These services will be available to customers across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

In addition to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Gama Aviation will provide a wide range of specialised services, including livery design, interior customisation, pre-purchase inspections, aircraft modifications, and avionics upgrades.

Paul Kinch, managing director of Gama Aviation MRO, said: “We are delighted to have been selected by as an Authorized Service Centre by Embraer who set an understandably high bar to become part of their global network. We look forward to working with customers to support their Phenom and Legacy aircraft via our base MRO capability at Bournemouth, our line stations at Farnborough and Luton, plus our country-wide Mobile Support Team (MST) service.”

Currently, the company’s network dedicated to executive jets includes eight Embraer Owned Services Centers, 10 Embraer Authorized Service Centers in Europe and 64 worldwide. Embraer Services & Support has been investing in its owned capacity as well. The business unit recently doubled its MRO dedicated capacity for business jets in the US, with new maintenance lines in Dallas Love Field, TX, Cleveland, OH, and Sanford, FL.
