Sepang Aircraft Engineering (SAE) has recently completed a customer audit conducted by Indian low-cost airline IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd).

Announced on a LinkedIn post, the Part 145 maintenance organisation said: “Passing the customer audit reaffirms the high-quality service and work we provide to our customers.”

The social media post explained that during a customer audit, the auditor meticulously inspects all aspects of the aircraft’s maintenance records and operational procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

SAE is a wholly-owned Airbus subsidiary and is Part 145 certified in 17 countries, allowing it to deliver quality maintenance services such as airframe, base, line, cabin, and components, along with a wide range of other specialised services.

“We are committed to supporting the safety of an Airbus aircraft in operation, for as long as the aircraft is in service,” the LinkedIn post concluded.
