SIA Engineering (Philippines) has expanded its line maintenance support for HK Express Airways to Manila, extending an existing partnership between the two companies at Clark.

The development adds HK Express, the second largest airline in Hong Kong, to the growing customer base of SIAEP’s line maintenance Manila team.

The agreement builds on the existing collaboration between SIAEP and HK Express at Clark, where the MRO provider already supports the carrier’s operations.

In a post on social media, SIAEP said: “With this extended partnership, SIAEP’s line maintenance Manila team is honoured to deliver the same world-class technical expertise, reliability, and unwavering commitment to airworthiness that HK Express has entrusted to our Clark station – now at the country’s central gateway, Manila.

“Our sincere appreciation to HK Express for the continued trust and partnership.”

SIAEP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIA Engineering Company. The company performs primarily base maintenance and line maintenance services and holds 15 airworthiness approvals.

The addition of HK Express at Manila further strengthens SIAEP’s line maintenance presence in the Philippines and adds to its expanding roster of airline customers.
