Aerospace engine aftermarket services firm StandardAero has announced Danielle Nicole Vardaro has been appointed to the component repair services team as vice president of sales and business development for the Americas.

Vardaro brings a combination of technical and commercial experience to StandardAero, having held previous roles in global sales, customer experience, programme management, aftermarket strategy, and marketing leadership at Embraer, GE Aviation and Boeing.

A mechanical engineer with a B.S. from Tufts University and an M.S. from the University of Washington, Vardaro began her aviation career in engineering before transitioning into commercial roles.

Throughout her career, she has focused on bridging technical, operational and commercial excellence to drive business results and empower customer success.
