Textron Aviation has announced that construction of its parts and distribution warehouse expansion in Wichita, US, is on schedule.
All flooring, exterior walls, windows, and roof are now in place for the 180,000 square-foot parts facility, with completion expected by the end of the year.
Textron Aviation says their team is now focused on interior finishes, including wiring, painting, and preparing the space for the thousands of Cessna, Beechcraft, and Hawker parts that the company stocks and ships to support customers around the world.
The expansion project broke ground in October 2022 and the footprint of the new facility includes additional room for parts storage, warehouse space, offices, and dedicated customer support analysts.
