Werner Aero, an aviation asset management company and an aftermarket supplier of aircraft, engines, and spare parts, has acquired 12 Embraer E190-100 airframes and 12 CF34-10E6 engines from JetBlue Airways.
Werner Aero says the purchase further strengthens its position as a key player in the aviation aftermarket and expands its capabilities in the high-demand E-Jet market.
All airframes and engines will be delivered at Ascent Aviation’s facility, located at Pinal Airpark in Marana, Arizona from June 2025 through February 2026.
Tony Kondo, chief executive of Werner Aero, said: “This acquisition represents a continued commitment to supporting the E-Jet platform. With the delivery of these 12 aircraft, we will be able to offer our customers increased access to quality assets ultimately supporting fleet reliability and reducing operational costs.”
