Sichuan Airlines and Lufthansa Technik have agreed a five-year engine support and digital fleet solutions deal.

The MRO will provide engine maintenance services for the V2500s and CFM56-5Bs powering Sichuan’s A320 fleet. The airline has also joined Lufthansa Technik’s AVIATAR digital platform, covering its 168 A350s, A330s and A320s.

AVIATAR solutions include condition monitoring, fleet management, certain predictive maintenance & health management solutions and event analytics.
