Flydubai has contracted Turkish Technic to provide C-checks on its Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Turkish Technic has been contracted by Flydubai to provide MRO services since 2019, covering both heavy maintenance and landing gear overhaul.

‘‘We are very happy that Flydubai has decided to partner with us,” said Turkish Technic’s chief commercial officer Yalcin Aydin of the new co-operation. “We will provide our best service to help ensure Flydubai continues to exceed its customer’s expectations and maintain high levels of efficiency and reliability in its operations.

“This cooperation marks the beginning of a long-lasting partnership between Turkish Technic and flydubai. We are well-positioned to provide long-term technical support, and we look forward to serving their fleet of Boeing 737-800 in the future.”

Commenting on the new service agreement, Flydubai’s senior vice president of engineering and maintenance Mick Hills commented: “We are confident that our agreement with Turkish Technic will enable Flydubai to maintain optimal turn arounds on its C-checks which will reflect positively on our fleet utilisation and enhance our operational efficiencies.
