Unum secures business development funding

UK-based Unum Aircraft Seating has secured £3.5 million in funding from venture capitalist firm ACF Investors.

The funding will enable the seat maker to develop its business, having recently moved into new premises at Gatwick and developed a lightweight business class seat for the Airbus A330.

Chris Brady, CEO of Unum Aircraft Seating, said: “We set up Unum to provide much-needed capacity to the business class seating sector.
