Hong Kong Air Cargo has signed a partnership with flight operations solutions and services provider, NAVBLUE, to integrate a suite of cutting-edge solutions aimed at streamlining and improving its flight operations.

By adopting NAVBLUE’s state-of-the-art technologies, the cargo carrier aims to boost operational efficiency through a seamless, fully integrated digital platform.

The selected suite includes five innovative solutions that complement the previously implemented N-Ops & Crew (N-OC), a comprehensive tool designed to manage network scheduling, operations control, crew planning, crew management, and real-time crew scheduling – all within a single system.

N-Flight Planning will optimise flight routes by factoring in payload, aircraft performance, weather conditions, and air traffic constraints to reduce flight time, fuel consumption and costs.

N-Tracking will provide real-time aircraft position updates and alerting capabilities, giving the airline greater operational control and situational awareness.

Navigation+ will give Hong Kong Air Cargo access to up-to-date aeronautical navigation data for both global and regional coverage.

NAVBLUE’s Electronic Flight Assistant, Mission+, integrates key pilot information – such as flight management data, navigation charts, real-time weather, and performance data – into a single platform, reducing pilot workload and streamlining the flow of information between ground and onboard systems.

Additionally, Mission+ FLIGHT and Mission+ MAPS modules will help optimise pilot workflows, reduce manual data entry, and provide detailed aeronautical charts for improved navigation.
