Provider of aircraft parts and components to the global commercial aerospace market, Unical Aviation, has announced its acquisition of aircraft storage, disassembly and transition services provider, ecube Solutions.
Unical says the acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion across Europe, the Middle East,and Africa (EMEA) and reinforces its commitment to delivering worldwide comprehensive aviation solutions.
With bases in the UK, Spain and the US, ecube will operate as an independent unit within the Unical Group, retaining its identity and autonomy and continuing to operate under its established name.
