[email protected]Lee Hayhurst joined Real Response Media as Editorial Director in 2023, before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer, Aviation, in 2025. Before that, Lee spent 13 years at Jacobs Media Group, publisher of UK B2B travel trade market leader Travel Weekly and specialist travel and technology title Travolution. He was Head of News at Travel Weekly and editor of Travolution before moving to focus full time on Travolution as Executive Editor as the brand became a key part of the group’s international growth. He first joined the travel industry in 2005 initially at Travel Weekly and then Travel Trade Gazette before returning to Travel Weekly. Prior to that he began his career in journalism in regional newspapers in London and spent a year on dot com sports website producer Sportal. Outside of work his three teenage children keep him busy and he volunteers at his sons’ youth football team, enjoys travel and is a keen support of his home town rugby league club St Helens.

[email protected]After leaving university in 2005, Toby's career started at Shephard Media, where he worked as a sales executive across the defence and aviation portfolios. Moving on after three successful years at the company, he began working in IT and communications. Never feeling quite as fulfilled in that role, he returned to media sales in aviation at HMG Aerospace, where he managed the Inflight portfolio, being an integral part of the magazine's relaunch. After a few years at HMG, Toby became sales manager and oversaw the team across Inflight and LARA, as well as leading sales for the event series on Inflight Middle East and Asia Pacific. After over eleven years at the company, Toby joined Real Response Media as Commercial Director for Aviation Business News, before being promoted to Publisher in 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, sports, and spending time with his two children.

[email protected]Robert has worked in sales for over twenty years and in different industries, ranging from building services and transport to logistics and medical. His experience spans across magazines and events, not only selling but also working on the launch of in-person and –during the COVID-19 pandemic – virtual events and conferences. In my spare time I can be found on the golf course or out clothes shopping with the better half, also taking our dog Rocco for walks in the countryside.

Since coming home, he has worked on a number of B2B titles prior to joining Real Response Media. Outside of work, he can often be found under one or other of his dreadful old cars, or on his turntables playing 90s drum and bass.
