LATAM Airlines is deploying Quvia's network monitoring platform to gain an independent, real-time view of in-flight connectivity performance and passenger experience across its fleet.

The airline says the system will provide visibility into Wi-Fi performance on individual flights, aircraft and routes, helping it identify issues, track service quality and support future connectivity decisions.

The move forms part of LATAM's broader investment in the passenger experience, including digital services, cabin upgrades and the continued rollout of onboard Wi-Fi.

Jaime Swett Cornejo, Director of Cabin Interior & IFEC at LATAM Airlines, said the platform would provide greater insight into Wi-Fi performance and help the carrier identify opportunities to improve the onboard experience.

Quvia combines network performance data with information on how passengers are using connected services, allowing airlines to assess the quality of the connectivity experience from the passenger's perspective.

According to Quvia, the platform is designed to help airlines monitor connectivity performance in real time and make more informed decisions about their onboard digital services.
