Cabin design and certification firm ABC Intl. has signed a memorandum of understanding with asset support company JSD Corporation at MRO Asia-Pacific 2026 in Singapore to establish a joint venture focused on aircraft cabin interiors.
The partnership supports Italy-headquartered ABC International's expansion in the Asia-Pacific market by combining its cabin design and manufacturing expertise with Sinagpore-based JSD's regional aviation experience and established relationships with airlines and lessors.
The companies said the venture will provide customers with greater access to cabin interior products and services while improving responsiveness and reducing delivery times through a local presence in the region.
ABC International CEO Rodolfo Baldascino said the agreement would leverage JSD's market knowledge and industry connections to accelerate growth in Asia-Pacific.
“Together, we want to help airlines and lessors meet their cabin interior needs with the quality and speed they expect,” he said.
JSD CEO Kumar Balasingam added: “This partnership will allow us to introduce ABC’s solutions to more airlines and develop a business that responds to the region’s evolving cabin needs.”
The planned joint venture aims to strengthen support for airlines and lessors by connecting specialist cabin interior expertise with growing demand for cabin refurbishment and upgrade services in Asia-Pacific.
