Singapore Airlines is rolling out upgraded inflight dining across its network, introducing more than 100 new and refreshed dishes, expanded wine and spirits selections, and redesigned serviceware as part of a wider customer experience investment programme.

The enhancements will be available across all cabin classes through a new SIA Chefs' Selection menu concept, developed with the airline's chefs and catering partners.

Premium cabin passengers will also benefit from new Christofle-designed tableware, while Suites and First Class customers will see additional presentation and service touches, including food and beverage pairing recommendations from cabin crew.

Yeoh Phee Teik, Singapore Airlines' senior vice president of customer experience, said: "Guided by customer feedback, evolving preferences and emerging dining trends, we have reviewed every aspect of the experience."

The rollout has already begun, with remaining dining upgrades due to enter service from November 2026. The initiative forms part of a broader programme that includes new cabin products, entertainment, connectivity and ground service enhancements.
