Icelandair Cargo has entered the Turkish market for the first time, launching operations supported by Globe Air Cargo Turkiye, a subsidiary of ECS Group.
From September 5, 2025, the airline will operate four weekly Boeing 737 MAX flights between Istanbul (IST) and Keflavik (KEF), providing onward connections to the US and Europe. The services will target key Turkish export and import sectors, including textiles, automotive parts, and machinery.
