Aeroprime Group has been appointed as the exclusive Cargo General Sales & Service Agent (GSSA) for Air Cairo in India and UAE, marking a further expansion of its role in the region’s air cargo market.

The New Delhi-based agent said the agreement represents a strategic step in strengthening cargo connectivity between India, the UAE and Egypt, while also supporting wider trade flows across global markets.

Under the partnership, Aeroprime Group will oversee cargo sales and service operations for Air Cairo across both markets, with a focus on improving access and efficiency across key trade lanes. The move is expected to support the transportation of high-demand commodities including pharmaceuticals, perishables, e-commerce shipments and general cargo.

The appointment comes as airlines and cargo partners continue to prioritise network optimisation and regional partnerships to capture growing demand across Asia-Middle East corridors, particularly for time-sensitive and specialised freight.

In a social media post announcing the agreement, Aeroprime Group said: “With our strong regional presence, data-driven approach, and commitment to service excellence, we look forward to further enhancing Air Cairo’s cargo footprint and unlocking new trade opportunities across the region.”
