Japan-based Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) is entering a new training partnership with CPaT to support training for approximately 200 pilots.
NCA will utilise CPaT's Learning Management System (LMS), General Subjects courseware, CPaT Invent, and Certificate Builder.
The LMS will provide NCA with a centralised training environment capable of supporting CPaT courseware alongside the airline’s existing digital training resources, including SCORM-compatible third-party content.
CPaT said this flexibility allows NCA to load, assign, manage, and track multiple sources of training content through a single learning platform.
The partnership is said to further strengthens CPaT's presence in the Japanese aviation market while bringing its flexible digital training solutions to NCA’s B747-8 pilot operation.

Established in 1978, NCA provides scheduled and non-scheduled air cargo transportation services across Asia, North America, and Europe.
NCA is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of ANA Holdings Inc. and operates a fleet of eight Boeing 747-8 freighter aircraft.
