Finnair renews contract with EPCOR for continued A330 APU services

Finnair, Finland’s flagship airline, has announced the renewal of its contract with EPCOR B.V. by an additional five years for the maintenance of its A330 fleet’s auxiliary power units (APUs).

Finnair, Finland’s flagship airline, has announced the renewal of its contract with EPCOR B.V. by an additional five years for the maintenance of its A330 fleet’s auxiliary power units (APUs).

Under the agreement, EPCOR, the Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) centre of excellence for the repair of APU and pneumatic components, will continue to provide the airline with maintenance services for the GTCP331-350 model APUs.

Both EPCOR and Finnair have stated their commitments to exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve the maintenance processes and ensure high-level quality of service.

The extension of the companies’ contract allows for further collaboration and innovation in the future, as well as reinforces the existing relationship.

Rob van de Graaf, commercial director at EPCOR B.V., said of the renewal: “Our teams are dedicated to delivering the highest standards of maintenance and repair services, ensuring that Finnair’s A330 fleet operates with optimal efficiency and reliability. This partnership is crucial in helping us maintain our high standards of safety and operational efficiency.”
