Sabre integrates LATAM’s NDC tool for enhanced travel access

Sabre Corporation, a global travel technology company, has launched LATAM Airlines Group’s New Distribution Capability (NDC) tool, bringing the largest airline group in Latin America into its network and expanding access for travel agencies and buyers worldwide.

The Sabre NDC will allow LATAM’s seven major airline carriers, including LATAM Colombia, Brazil, and Chile, to further personalise travel for its customers through this agreement, allowing travel buyers to see the airline group’s full content in real time.

It will provide airlines with compatible software for information exchange, technology that can handle increasing demand, and flexibility in their travel retail processes, allowing them to maintain control over the customer experience.

Tomas Covarrubias, senior vice president of revenue, sales and distribution at LATAM Airlines Group, said: “Through the integration of Sabre’s NDC capabilities, we are able to provide travel agencies with broader access to our product offerings. This strategic partnership allows us to enhance the way we connect with our customers and to more efficiently meet their diverse needs and preferences.”

LATAM Airlines Group is the 34th addition to Sabre’s travel marketplace, highlighting the growing importance of international networks to keep airlines competitive in an increasingly interconnected global landscape.
