Wings On Board reports 25% productivity increase since partnering with Awery
Wings on Board (Wings), an On Board Courier (OBC) provider, has reported 25% increased productivity since it implemented a tailored digital solution from air cargo IT service provider, Awery Aviation Software (Awery).
Awery partnered with (Wings) to develop a comprehensive OBC service solution, incorporating Awery’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with custom-designed track-and-trace software accessible through a mobile application.
The solution digitalises Wings’ daily operations including request and quoting handling, and mission and courier management.
It also features Awery’s AI-powered tool, eMagic, which processes and extracts key information, including customer details, cargo specifications, routing, and special handling requirements.
The collected data informs the ‘My Wings’ mobile app, created by Awery, enabling communications between costumers, couriers, and the Wings staff. The solution allows the Wing’s team to win more business with the same number of staff.
