Air Tahiti Nui chooses GAMIT’s digital archive records solution

Air Tahiti Nui has awarded GAMIT Ltd a 10-year contract for its ROAM (Records Online Asset Management) digital archive records solution.

Air Tahiti Nui will use ROAM to modernise operations and efficiently manage fleet technical documentation and monitor and manage airworthiness compliance.

GAMIT says ROAM will help the airline optimise manpower and support continuous improvement objectives.

Yannick Mermet, maintenance and engineering director of the leading carrier to French Polynesia, said: “Air Tahiti Nui remains committed to the modernisation and digitalisation of its airworthiness management and monitoring tools and processes.

“We were looking for a user-friendly and efficient solution for our transition from paper to digital for our maintenance records archives and ROAM proved to be the solution best suited to our needs.”
