Angus Whiteside has been appointed to the board of directors of independent aircraft component parts, repair and supply chain solutions provider, AJW Group.

The company said Whiteside brings a unique combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and competitive drive to the board.

Whiteside began his career as a mechanic at AJW Technique in Montreal, then progressed to Bombardier, and later qualified as a B1 Aircraft Engineer at Volare Aviation. There, Whiteside developed extensive experience in technical operations, regulatory compliance, and engineering excellence.

In 2025, Whiteside returned to AJW Group, where he spent time in each department before settling in commercial.

An accomplished racing driver and former Porsche Carrera Cup GB champion, Whiteside currently competes in the GT World Challenge Endurance.
