CFS Aero has selected Ramco Systems to implement its next-generation aviation software as the UK-based aerospace engineering company accelerates the digitalisation of its engine and APU MRO operations.
The deployment will see CFS Aero use Ramco's aviation software unified platform to manage engine and APU shop visits, supporting the company's long-term growth ambitions.
The platform includes modules covering engineering, planning, maintenance, supply chain, customer and commercial management, and accounting, providing an integrated system for managing maintenance operations.
Ramco said the software will give CFS Aero real-time visibility into costs and revenues through features including cost accrual tracking, budget cap monitoring and multi-stage invoicing.
The system also includes configuration lifecycle management with as-built records, service bulletin and airworthiness directive tracking, automated engine condition monitoring, and digital maintenance execution using mobile-enabled task cards and electronic sign-offs.
The company said these capabilities will help optimise productivity, support paperless operations and maintain compliance across its engine and APU MRO business.
