More supply chain visibility needed as production ramps up

More supply chain visibility needed as production ramps up

This year’s Farnborough International Airshow took place in a period of continued disruption in the aerospace and defence industries.

For commercial aviation the ongoing conflict in the Middle East with Iran is a counterweight to robust demand for flying internationally in most markets.

This continues to place strain on already stretched supply chain networks requiring ever greater visibility for OEMs, MROs, and tier two and tier three suppliers.

Aviation Business News attended the Hampshire airfield for the biennial event to report on all the latest partnership announcements and news.

And we were also there to record episodes for our podcast ABNcast including this featuring an interview with Ryan Kirby, partner of M&A aerospace and defence specialist Alderman & Company, which sponsored ABN’s coverage from Farnborough this year.
