Joramco has inaugurated its new Customer Center which it says is designed to foster collaboration and provide a seamless experience for its partners.
Located at Joramco's area within Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan, the company says the centre brings customer-facing teams and engagement spaces together in one purpose-built environment.
Joramco says this will enable closer communication, faster coordination, and bring direct access to Joramco’s day-to-day interaction.
The facility also provides direct access to Joramco’s hangars, helping connect customer representatives more closely with the operational environment where maintenance work is carried out.
Spanning 1,850 sqm across two floors, the Customer Center includes 35 customer representative offices accommodating up to 108 representatives, alongside meeting rooms, customer lounges, and dedicated collaboration spaces.
Commenting on the opening, Jeff Wilkinson, chief executive of DAE Engineering, said: “This Customer Center reflects the kind of partnership we want to build with every operator that trusts us with their fleet.
"Being closer to our customers means we hear them faster, understand their needs more clearly, and respond with the urgency they deserve. It's a statement of intent - that transparency and collaboration aren't just values we talk about, but the way we choose to operate every day."
