China Airlines has selected REVIMA to provide long-term APU maintenance support for its Boeing 787 fleet.
Under the agreement, REVIMA will provide Power by the Hour (PBTH) support for the Taiwanese carrier’s APS5000 APUs, including APU and line replaceable unit (LRU) repairs and predictive maintenance services.
China Airlines’ fleet has grown to 115 aircraft, with the new agreement supporting the carrier’s expanding 787 operations.
Olivier Legrand, president and chief executive of REVIMA, said the agreement had been structured to provide “maximum value” to China Airlines through maintenance quality and lifecycle management of its 787 APU fleet.
“REVIMA is extremely proud of having been selected by China Airlines, a premium international airline with impressive safety and passenger satisfaction ratings,” he said.
REVIMA will also make its suite of digital services available to the airline, including Predicare, Effifuel, Opticooling and Optipower, with a focus on improving ground operations efficiency.
The news was announced during the Aviation Week MRO Asia-Pacific 2026 event in Singapore.
