Still essentially a start-up, US-headquartered and with its operations in Hyderabad, India, JEH Aerospace has seen remarkable growth in the past three years. 

Chief Growth Officer Robb Hudson tells us how the company spotted an opportunity in a constrained aerospace supply chain market to bring much-needed capacity to the sector. 

The firm has ramped up to deliver 300,000 finished components in just 600 days of operation and is planning to open a new 200,000 square feet facility on top of its original 60,000 square feet base.

JEH is also competing for talent in a competitive local market bringing new technicians into aerospace as it strives to 'make engineering cool again' for a new generation of engineers.
