ANA is to renew its pre-ordering service for international in-flight duty-free shopping. Orders on a new pre-order service website will be available for flights departing on or after Saturday, August 1, 2026 (excluding certain flights).

ANA’s new Pre-Order Service Website allows customers to browse products from their PCs or smartphones, regardless of flight reservation status. To accommodate more customers, ANA has expanded the supported languages to include Japanese, English, Chinese, Italian, and Spanish.

To encourage more customers to experience the newly reinvented service, ANA will offer discounts of up to 15% on eligible items as part of its “Pre-Order Service Renewal Campaign”.
