Delta Cargo has announced it has joined WiseTech’s CargoWise Carrier Connectivity Program, further expanding digital access to its booking and shipment management capabilities.
Through CargoWise, participating freight forwarders can now access Delta Cargo rates and schedules, and submit and manage bookings directly within CargoWise.
The cargo carrier also said that freight forwarders can now receive shipment status updates through a connected workflow and streamline operations by reducing manual data entry.
Delta Cargo said: "This integration enables customers to access Delta Cargo services within the CargoWise platform they already use to manage their operations, creating a more connected and efficient shipping experience.
"As we continue to invest in digital solutions, we're focused on delivering a more seamless customer experience and making it easier for customers to do business with Delta Cargo."
