MRO provider FL Technics has appointed Arif Alameri as chief executive of FL Technics LLC, its subsidiary providing line maintenance services across the Middle East.

Alameri moves into the role from his previous position as managing director.

On a post on social media, the company said that in his new role Alameri will lead the strategic direction, commercial growth, operational performance, and long-term development of FL Technics LLC’s line maintenance services across the Middle East region.

“Building on a strong foundation in aviation maintenance leadership and regulatory oversight, his focus will be on scaling a high-performing organisation recognised for reliability, customer service, and technical excellence,” the company posted.

“His leadership approach combines commercial vision with hands-on execution, ensuring FL Technics LLC continues to evolve as a trusted and agile aviation services partner in the region.”
