PAM EUROPE 2026 FAQs

• 1 x 6ft Trestle Table (no chairs) 
• Power can be supplied to your trestle table if required. 
• Wi-Fi details will be shared closer to the event date. 
• AV is not typically included at each table but let us know if you have any specific needs and we’ll advise. 

• There will be breakout areas around the venue where sponsor staff can sit or work from if needed.

• As the space is fully utilised with trestle and poser tables, we’re not recommending additional furniture. 
• If you have unique requirements, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate within space constraints.

• Deliveries can be made between Friday 6th – Sunday 8th November.

• Access will be through the main entrance of The Gibson Hotel. If there are any changes or specific access instructions, we’ll share them in advance. 

What’s the best way to get to the venue?

• The easiest way is by Luas tram - the Red Line ‘The Point’ stop is right outside The Gibson Hotel. Taxis and the Aircoach service are also available from Dublin Airport.

Which airport is closest to the venue?

• Dublin Airport (DUB)

By Car: Approx. 20-30 minutes

• Use postcode D01 X2P2 in Sat Nav for The Gibson Hotel
• Route: M1 south → Port Tunnel (toll applies) → Sheriff Street → underground Euro Car Park 

By Aircoach Bus:

• Direct service from Dublin Airport to the 3Arena, adjacent to The Gibson Hotel
• Operates 24 hours a day (frequency varies depending on the time of day)
• Approximately €6 single / €12 return 

By Taxi:

• Approx. €30 from Dublin airport 
• Metered fare; wait times may be longer during peak periods

•  Yes - Luas tram (Red Line), buses, and taxis are all available. 

Is there parking at the venue?

• Yes, at Point Square Car Park, 3Arena Parking, North Wall Road, Dublin

Do you provide a shuffle form the airport or hotels?

• No, there is no shuttle service provided. 

Will there be signs or directions at the venue?

• Yes, signage will be available on the ground floor of The Gibson Hotel to direct delegates.

What are badge pickup hours?

• Badges can be collected at The Gibson Hotel from Sunday 8 November 9 2026.

Are travel costs covered or reimbursed by the organisers?

• No, attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs.

Is there a recommended arrival time/date?

• We recommend arriving on the evening of Sunday, November 8 to allow time for badge collection and networking. We recommend booking return travel after 17:30 on Tuesday 10 November 2026 to ensure you do not miss the closing sessions.

Is there a hotel block or group rate?

• We recommend booking directly at one of the nearby hotels listed below.
