Predictive maintenance delivers value only when a validated signal can be converted into dependable action on the aircraft. Yet the readiness of the people who execute the intervention is often disconnected from the predictive-maintenance workflow. This presentation introduces execution readiness as the missing control layer between predictive insight and maintenance outcome. It explains how a validated maintenance need - originating from an OEM, airline, MRO or predictive platform - can be connected to task-specific technician readiness, targeted preparation, appropriate supervision or assistance, and traceable evidence of the work performed. The resulting closed loop is: Predict → Validate → Prepare → Execute → Verify → Learn. By linking actual findings and supervised execution back to readiness records and future training scenarios, organizations can make the path from alert to action more repeatable and evidence-based - while qualified personnel retain technical, competency and authorisation decisions.
