Aviation tech provider SITA has agreed to acquire baggage, and airport operations firm Collins Aerospace Airport Solutions. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Collins Aerospace Airport Solutions provides technology that moves passengers and bags through the terminal, from check-in and to bag drop.
David Lavorel, Chief Executive Officer, SITA said: "This acquisition extends SITA's offerings and capabilities, reinforcing our commitment and role as the trusted technology partner our customers rely on."
The acquisition is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
