Singapore Airlines has outlined a wide-ranging passenger experience enhancement programme centred on new cabin products, upgraded inflight entertainment, Starlink connectivity, revised catering and expanded premium services.

The airline will introduce new First, Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins on its Boeing 777-9 fleet from 2027, while 41 Airbus A350-900 and A350-900ULR aircraft will be retrofitted with new interiors. The A350-900ULR will also gain a First Class cabin for the first time.

Other passenger-facing improvements include 4K KrisWorld entertainment screens, Bluetooth audio connectivity, high-speed internet on Starlink-equipped aircraft, refreshed dining and beverage menus, new amenity kits across all classes, and sleeper suits in Business Class.

Beyond the cabin, Singapore Airlines is investing more than S$130 million in SilverKris lounge upgrades worldwide and introducing enhanced concierge and priority airport services for Suites and First Class customers at Changi Airport.
