Jiang to lead business growth at HAECO Composite Services

Engineering and maintenance provider, HAECO, has appointed Haijun Jiang as general manager of its composite services unit, taking over from Sunny Mirchandani who has retired.

Jiang will oversee HAECO Composite Services’ strategic development and business growth, responsible for driving its operational performance and profitability, while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Jiang brings more than 20 years of aerospace industry experience to HAECO, including over 15 years in commercial and operational leadership roles with P&L accountability and as a Part 145 Accountable Manager.

Before joining HAECO, he served as regional business director at Parker Hannifin, where he played a pivotal role in business development and joint venture initiatives across the Chinese Mainland.

Earlier in his career, Jiang held management positions at Honeywell and began his professional journey at Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd.

He holds an MBA from Tongji University and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
