MRO Europe 2026: Dedienne Aerospace extends Rolls-Royce aftermarket partnership

Dedienne Aerospace has secured a 10-year extension to its aftermarket licence agreement with Rolls-Royce, alongside the renewal of a five-year engine stand repair (ESR) services contract.

The agreements extend a partnership dating back to 2015 and will see Dedienne Aerospace continue supplying engine transportation stands and maintenance tooling to Rolls-Royce operators worldwide.

The renewed aftermarket licence also covers a range of equipment support services, including inspections, periodic certification, repairs, upgrades and refurbishment.

These services are intended to help airlines, lessors and MRO providers maintain equipment availability and compliance throughout engine maintenance operations.

As a preferred supplier to Rolls-Royce, Dedienne Aerospace works with the engine manufacturer's engineering and customer support teams to ensure its equipment and services meet OEM requirements.

The company supports customers through a network of service centres across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, complemented by strategically positioned stocks of engine stands and tooling.

This includes a dedicated facility in Derby, UK, close to Rolls-Royce's operations, which provides maintenance equipment support to customers across the UK and Europe.

Shreyas Jain, programmes director at Dedienne Aerospace, said: “Time is the currency of maintenance. This renewal with Rolls-Royce carries forward the relationship begun in 2015.

“Partnership is our strategy, proximity our method, readiness our promise. From Derby, through manufacturing excellence, worldwide service centres and global strategic stock, support is close at hand so operators can trust their plans to fly.”

The renewed agreements will allow Dedienne Aerospace to continue providing engine stand and tooling support throughout the maintenance lifecycle, with a focus on equipment readiness and reducing operational delays.

The news was announced during the MRO Europe 2026 event in Amsterdam.
